In a FB group I follow, a 25-year school OT called daily notes her "greatest struggle" in a post that drew 34 replies. Others describe 10 minutes per note in a blank box, or 12 schools and no device to write on. Most fixes in those threads are workarounds: Google Forms, OneNote, email drafts to yourself.

📱 On the go: everything above works in a phone or tablet browser. The one exception is Guided Evaluations, which need a larger screen because the student often looks at it.
💡 Why it matters: the signed note also feeds progress reports, attendance and billing readiness, so you write it once.
