Your profile tells MyTherapyWizard who you are as a provider. The details you enter here appear on the documents you sign, so complete it before you write your first report, plan of care or session note.

Why it matters

  • Your name, credential and NPI are added when you e-sign evaluation reports, plans of care and notes.
  • Your discipline (OT, PT, speech-language pathology, mental health or other) shapes the evaluations, templates and goals you see.
  • In team practices, a complete profile helps admins with supervision, co-signing and billing.

How to update your profile

  1. Open Settings (the gear icon at the bottom of the left navigation) and choose Profile.
  2. Enter your name, credential (for example OTR/L, COTA/L, PT, PTA, CCC-SLP or SLPA) and discipline.
  3. Add your NPI if you have one. It is needed for signed medical and insurance documentation.
  4. Save your changes.
