Reports Teachers Actually Use

Reports Teachers Actually Use (MyTherapyWizard help article card)

  1. Send a teacher questionnaire or check-in with the role set to Teacher/Educator.
  2. Record classroom strategies in the Plan of Care CLOF & Strategies tab.
  3. In Report Wizard, choose Progress with the Teacher-Focused audience. That audience is also available for Abbreviated Evaluation and Questionnaire Analysis reports.
  4. Use the context step to explain how the student's needs relate to educational participation.
Idea
You can use the Sensory Consult Check In Questionnaire (above) and allow a teacher to indicate the strategies they are using and the impact of those.

💡 Why it matters: the teacher's report is built from the same data as the IEP report, written for how a teacher reads.
