General Subscriptions

There are three subscription plans: Starter, Pro and Teams.  On the linked page, scroll down to see the "cost calculator".  All of our subscriptions are month to month. This means no long term contracts.  All plans offer a 14 day trial so that you can fully determine if MyTherapyWizard is right for you and your team.

For school systems or other orgs needing to pay via a purchase order, those need to be paid in full for 12 months in order to reduce admin burden and to avoid the therapy team being locked out of the application should the school be late in paying. 

Add on's

Billing is an add on available for the Teams subscription only.   Billing feature can be used by practices that will either  bill insurances through the MyTherapyWizard (MTW) portal and/or bill and invoice private pay customers, including contracted organizations (such as school districts, recreation centers, etc).   For Teams that are billing insurance, you will also need to subscribe to our clearinghouse partner, Claim MD.  This integration allows for the billing, ERA's and eligibility that happens inside MTW. 

Academic Partner Subscriptions

This is a special subscription model that is available to universities that offer OT, PT, ST, or mental health accredited programs. Its an application only program- meaning that a program must apply and be approved.
