You can skip domains and questions that you don't need when performing a guided evaluation with your client/patient.  But what if you need a specific guided evaluation for your niche setting?   

MyTherapyWizard has the most commonly used pediatric templates for guided evaluations, but we always want to hear from you if you don't find what you need.  If you have a niche setting where none of the available guided evaluations work for your needs, then reach out to us via email or scroll to the bottom of knowledge desk and click "create ticket" and add your needs.   In order for our team to consider creating a new template, we will need a copy of the eval template that you currently use and also a copy of a PHI free evaluation (using the same template).  We will review it and get back to you with any questions.  

This is the same for Forms/Questionnaires.  

The main consideration for MyTherapyWizard is that the template can be used by our other MTW clinicians.

Clinical protocols built in

MyTherapyWizard is an EMR with clinical protocols built in. Every Guided Evaluation, questionnaire and standardized template follows a structured scoring protocol:

  • The quantitative areas (the items you rate) are scored on the back end with the same defined criteria, rules and performance bands for every client.
  • The qualitative areas (your comments, observations and narratives) go into the report as you wrote them.
  • Once the plan of care is active, its goals populate into your session notes. Each goal gets a Goal Performance Index (GPI) that combines accuracy with the support needed, so 70% independent and 70% with maximum assistance score differently. Each session gets a Session Performance Index (SPI), the average of its GPIs.
  • AI never assigns or changes a score. It only helps put finished results into words, and you approve every line.
